Prior to joining the Chasm Group in 1995, Philip founded and operated two successful businesses including TGR, a software development company specializing in data security and PC-to-mainframe file transfer products. Previously, he was a sales executive at IBM UK, corporate finance officer at Bank of America, and country manager of an ERP software company.
